All packages include information gathering including a completed questionnaire, basic assessments to establish a frame of reference, blind spot education and address the subject of work/life balance. All packages include an action plan and accountability. You will receive access to pertinent tools and supplementary materials, as well as my network of contacts and resources. Additionally, you will also receive unlimited email support.
Power Training Sessions are conducted by phone as a general rule for 30 minutes. Sessions are scheduled in advance and can be used once weekly, bimonthly or monthly.
All packages are based on your style, your goals and customized for you. There is no such thing as a one size fits all approach.
Power Training is an investment you make in yourself to create the business and/or life you truly want. Each of the following packages includes a Welcome Packet with materials designed to get you off to a strong start. Throughout power training, you'll receive additional materials and assessments based on your particular situation.
Power Training fees are often tax-deductible or reimbursed for individuals who use Power Training to improve business and professional skills. Many corporations also subsidize or reimburse for personal/ professional growth and development. Check with your accountant or corporation for the guidelines as it applies to you.
Description of "On Track" Packages
Targeted Power Package
Targeted Power Package is a mini package specifically targeted towards a Specific Timeline Personal or Professional Goal, Managing a Sudden Change, or Creating a Specific Change. All focus will be on achieving the goal; the results will be easily measured.
Create Your Own Power Package
Create Your Own Power can include a combination of the above, the below or your own unique situation. Let’s discuss your thoughts in our complimentary consultation.
Powered Maintenance Training
This package ensures you will continue moving forward in the direction of your goals and the refining of your effectiveness habits. You can choose Monthly phone sessions or Quarterly phone sessions to ensure ongoing progress. This program can offer additional benefits tailored for each client.
Mastermind Power Connection™ Add on Package
